I continue to look to their writing and lives for direction,support and consolation. That was in the 60′s. It was exciting to be part of an alive church, with real people the voice of a living faith….How it saddens me to see the direction our church has taken and it’s emersion in vitriolic politics…
Grateful for the reminder to love…to see myself in my enemies…Yes, this is still the church of Dororthy Day & Thomas Merton, in spite of the Bishops.
